- why many Business Cases don't contain real benefits (and projects fail to deliver them)
- the difference between Benefits and Outcomes and why this is key
- the relationship between benefits planning and change and programme lifecycles
- how to identify and communicate (with real clarity): goals; objectives; benefits and outcomes and simplify the presentation and content of Business Cases
- how to develop benefits realisation plans including the measurement of planned benefits
