PMIS has an Earned Value E:learning course. The course is provided on CD-Rom or online and can be used by your organisation under a number of licence arrangements (defined below). PMIS has been delivering EVM training in the UK since 1993.

Earned Value Management (EVM) is a specialist but highly valuable project management process and skill. It is intended as a medium to communicate project cost and schedule performance to project team members, to inform project decision making in the context of project cost and schedule goals. However, for this to be successful, broad numbers of the project team need to understand the concept, its terminology and typical outputs (both graphical and other). An ongoing licence to this product can be used by successive members of your organisation, will provide highly cost effective ongoing training and build awareness and skills in this important area.

Core Focus - Summary Agenda:

The course covers all aspects of developing and structuring an EVM Performance Measurement Baseline, through to the development of reliable measures of Earned Value, and takes this on to provide practical guidance on how to use this data in a project context internally within your project teams, as well as externally with customers. The course is fully compliant with ANSI 748.
