Free Seminar: Improving Project Management Corporately (Oxford)

PMIS invites you to a free morning seminar at the Oxford Science Park, which provides a solid insight into improving an organisation's project management capability - and also describes a number of today's best project management practices.

The seminar will show how many current PM methods are inadequate and lead to poorly understood and managed projects. It will show how to improve key areas of projects significantly, and address topics which are crucial in today's project and business environment.

The seminar will also discuss improving while simplifying: benefits realisation; project governance & portfolio management; risk management and improving the results from project definition and planning.

It will also present a clearly defined template which describes the best way to improve the delivery capabilities of any organisation. It will also show how to improve the management of projects at the Corporate level. The seminar will prove invaluable to companies that are:

dissatisfied with the delivery performance of their projects;
considering implementing new project management methods / processes;
planning an improvement initiative in this area / trying to develop a project delivery culture.
