This
training course teaches the disciplines, concepts and techniques in
project management, using the
Prince2 framework and terminology. It
will involve a progressive project simulation, involving syndicate
workshops and interactive sessions.
The
course does not just teach the
Prince2 methodology - it also teaches
the principles, concepts, practices and skills necessary to
execute a Project Management process or to mange a project, using
the terminology and structure of
Prince2.
