What is PRINCE2 ® ?PRINCE2 was published in 1996; with the latest major update occurring in 2009 (called the Prince2:2009 'Refresh'). The method was originally developed and is owned by the UK Government, as their standard 'method' for managing projects. Course OverviewEach course will show how to initiate and define projects, how to produce key documentation such as the Project Initiation Document and Business Case. The courses cover product delivery and controlling each stage, and defines all roles. The course will prepare delegates fully for the relevant examination, including revision and mock examination sessions. The Foundation exam is taken at the end of day 3, with the final two days of the course covering the use of the method to Practitioner level leading to the Practitioner exam on the afternoon of day 5.
