PMIS collects personal information on individuals in client organisations in the course of our business.  We only keep that information while we have dealings with individuals and companies. 

PMIS does not store contact details obtained or received when people use the contact facilities on the company website.

PMIS does not use email marketing and never stores or uses contact details gathered through the company website for such purposes, nor do we share or sell  this information with any other party for this purpose.

If you receive an email from PMIS regarding a product or service it will be in response to a specific enquiry, or the administration or commercial correspondence relating to PMIS training courses.

Course Payment Details and Facsimile Transmissions:

Information relating to payment for public courses is not retained by PMIS and is destroyed as soon as payment has been processed.  All facsimiles transmitted to PMIS are received by secure information systems and never arrive on open fax machines.  We recommend that you do not send booking forms that contain credit card details by email - please use fax or post for your own security.
