Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is an open methodology for Programme Management, developed by the UK Government department of Office of Government and Commerce, as part of a drive to improve delivery. This course examines the application of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and prepares students for the related OGC examinations.
