PMIS is happy to deliver any of our courses in house at your premises.  We have specialised in developing in-house tailored project management training since 1993.

The advantages for you in doing this are:

• the course can focus on the project management issues and practices specific to your business

• training costs per head will be greatly reduced compared to public training courses

• you could take advantage of some tailoring of the course to maximise its impact

• you could use the event in a teambuilding sense to develop the awareness of the value of project management within your team(s)

Tailor the course to your business without paying any extra

PMIS is happy to deliver any of our standard courses at your site using an example client project outline, to be used as the basis of exercises and practical sessions, (providing the project outline is supplied by the client) for our standard delivery fee. We do not charge per delegate.

A course such as this can be far more effective than one using generic case studies. This also typically works out far cheaper than sending multiple staff on public courses when all costs are taken into account.

However, PMIS does charge for time required for tasks such as: Business familiarisation; course definition and any specific tailoring effort that follows from these tasks.

Costs and Delegate Numbers

PMIS only charges a fixed fee for delivery of in-house training comparable to consultancy rates; we do not charge for delivery per delegate. This make it economically efficient for relatively small numbers and very cost effective for groups. The minimum number of attendees depends upon the nature of the course, and can range from small coaching sessions, through to groups of preferably no more than twelve.
