• using more modern methods of assessing suitability of candidates to individual clients, not just existence of relevant experience
• pre-vetting and interviewing every candidate before you see them
• adding other elements as appropriate to each relationship, for example, induction as part of the selection and recruitment, or PMIS being involved periodically in your resource planning process.
