Booking Instructions:

• PMIS requires a signed booking form to reserve a place on any course. 
• Please fax the booking form to 0870 759 8477, , or post to PMIS, Magdalen Centre, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4GA.
• Confirmation of booking and Joining Instructions will be issued by email on receipt of a signed booking form, together with a VAT invoice.

Payment Forms

Payment can be made by credit card (VIsa or Mastercard) or via Purchase Order details.

Booking Terms and Conditions for all Public Courses

All course payments must be received no later than 5 working days before course. Refunds (less an administrative fee of £35.00 plus VAT) or changes must be made in writing and are only permitted with 10 working days notice of the course date. Within this period the full course fee is due. Substitutions can be made at any stage.

PMIS reserves the right to alter course dates for reasons outside of our control - if this occurs, alternative dates or a refund of fees already paid will be offered.
