Booking Instructions:

• PMIS requires a signed booking form to reserve a place on any course. 
• Please fax the booking form to 0870 759 8477, (we do not recommend using email if providing Credit Card details) or post to PMIS, Magdalen Centre, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4GA.
• Confirmation of booking and Joining Instructions will be issued by email on receipt of a signed booking form, together with a VAT invoice.

Payment methods:

• Payment can be made by credit card (VIsa or Mastercard) or via Purchase Order details.

Booking Terms and Conditions for all Public Courses

All course payments must be received no later than 10 working days before course (unless otherwise stated). Changes to bookings must be made in writing and are only permitted with 15 working days notice of the course date, unless otherwise stated. Within this period (15 working days) no changes to bookings can be made. Substitutions can be made at any stage. PMIS reserves the right to alter course dates - if this occurs, alternative dates or a refund of fees already paid will be offered .
